Breakfast: glutenfree pancake with butter and strawberries

Lunch: Leftover rice-pasta and pasta sauce

Afternoon snack/appetizer: Tortilla chips and salsa dip

Dinner: Grilled burger with one half wheat bun, plus:
Small piece of steak.

Dessert1: Compote (lemon, yoghurt, sour cream, strawberries 

Dessert2: Ice cream
