July 7

Breakfast: glutenfree pancake with butter and strawberries

Lunch: Leftover rice-pasta and pasta sauce

Afternoon snack/appetizer: Tortilla chips and salsa dip

Dinner: Grilled burger with one half wheat bun, plus:
Small piece of steak.

Dessert1: Compote (lemon, yoghurt, sour cream, strawberries 

Dessert2: Ice cream

July 6 Dinner

For "dinner" at 8:40PM I had this gluten free roll with slow cooked pork. Pretty good.
Gave me some acidic-like symptoms. 

July 6 - late snack



Pretty hungry now, its 6:30PM. Trying to add some proteins. Yoghurt with the oatbran and the last rest of my gluten-free granola. Plus another bottle of sparkling water.
- No issues.

July 6 - I drank

This is what I drank today.
Unless specified, I only drink flat/sparkling mineral or tap water.

July 6 - afternoon snack 2

30 minutes later, I decide to try something a bit more substantial.
Cornflakes with a light sprinkling of some oat stuff that may contain some gluten.
- No issues.

July 6 Snack dessert


Hey, its Friday! Both were smallest size!!
- No issues, besides nagging hunger from too small lunch..

July 6, Mid-afternoon snack

This plus the another 1/4 of the arugula saved over from lunch.
- No issues.
